Hours saved is the easy number. The ones that matter are quality, review time and what people do instead.

Every agent we build comes with a measure agreed before we start, so the result is not a matter of opinion.
Time saved is part of it. So is the time spent reviewing the agent's work, the share of its output used as is, and what the team does with the hours it gets back.
