Digital twin

Build your own digital twin.

Every employee trains a twin on their own work. While they are busy, it picks up what people ask them on email, Slack or Teams, answers what they trust it to answer, and reports everything back.

What Claire answers flies back to her twin. Next time, it knows.

An example. Claire, a finance lead, is in a meeting. Tom from sales asks on Slack about Acme's payment terms; her digital twin, a holographic copy of Claire, is 96% sure against her 90% rule and answers him as Claire's twin. Marc from a supplier asks by email for an invoice approval; approvals always go to Claire, so the twin drafts a reply for her. Inès from HR asks on Teams when Q3 closes; the twin is only 71% sure against an 80% rule, because two documents disagree, so it holds the request for Claire. Back from her meeting, Claire reads the full report, confirms the answer, approves the draft and answers the date herself, and her answer teaches the twin.

    One per person

    Everyone gets their own.

A twin is trained on one person's work: their messages, their documents, the answers they have already given. It looks like them, answers like them, and only for them.

    Trust and tolerance

You set how far it may go.

Topic by topic, you choose what your twin may do and how sure it must be to answer alone. Below your line, it drafts or asks you. What you keep for yourself, it never touches.

    • It says it is a twinEvery answer is signed as your twin's. Nobody is led to think they spoke to you.
    • It never commits youNo approvals, payments or signatures, whatever its confidence.
    • It sees what you seeIt answers from your own work and access, and names its sources every time.

    Nothing unchecked

Every answer comes back to you.

Each evening your twin reports everything it picked up: who asked, the exact words it sent or drafted, its sources and how sure it was. You confirm, correct or take back any answer, and a correction reaches the person who asked.

    How we roll it out

From one team to the whole company.

We start with one team, run every twin in draft mode first, and let each person decide when theirs may answer on its own.

    1. 1

      Map

We measure which requests reach each team, on which channels, and how much of the week goes on answering them.

    2. 2

      Train

Each person connects their own work and sets their trust policy with us, topic by topic.

    3. 3

      Shadow

For two weeks the twins only draft. Their owners compare, correct, and see where each can be trusted.

    4. 4

      Release

Each owner lets their twin answer the topics its reports have proved, and changes its trust whenever they like.
