Why every agent starts as a written spec
Before any code, one page that says what the agent does, what it must never do and how we will know it works.

An agent without a spec is a demo. With one, it is something a team can review, test and trust.
Our specs are one page: the task, its inputs and outputs, the cases it must refuse, and the checks that tell us it is working.
The spec is also how a team takes the agent over when we hand it back.
